GOALS
I've been on a workout routine (on week 5) where the goal is to eat more meat and lift more, I don't think I'll ever get to this level of huge but I'm noticing changes in my physique and it's exciting to say the least. My biggest problem with working out though is staying interested, I see why people go to the gym because there's nothing complex about it, pick things up and put them down, super simple, basic, boring shit, for me though since I live in the woods, nature is my gym, I hack at trees until they fall and lift them instead. I have a lot more fun doing that. But anyway I'm not interested in being super buff and shredded because being able to lift 400 lbs comes off as a fetish thing rather than a health thing. Lifting my own weight is probably as far as I'll go.
