Hey everyone,
this drawing is a traditional commission for Darkbrine, a big fan of the Pony of Shadows who asked me to draw the dark creature hugging and comforting Stygian during his darkest hours with Coloured Pencils.
It's been a long time since I worked on a full illustration with coloured pencils, but it was more fun than I expected! It's definitely difficult and different from Copicmarkers and even more dirty/messy, but I think it didn't turn out too bad! Despite struggling with the white marker, everything worked out how I planned it and the colouring works in the favour of the scene.
Personally, I'm very happy with the outcome and think the black pencil died in dignity XD
