A bit of a little Valentine's day gift drawing for  Shiny-the-Riolu

Shiny just wanted to give his favorite charmander some adoring attention is all. She's pretty much a sweetheart to him. Likewise Sakura does like the boi a lot since he's more often than not cheered her up when she was glum and gave her room to grow as a charmander as well, building her confidence more than she did from past knowledge.

Sakura will always be by the Riis side when he's feeling lonely as well. Whatever chance she gets.
