Someone on an LJ community I follow was asking about making not-toony feathers. I was thinking about doing this myself for that Wolfbird fursuit I want to make one day, so I figured I'd sketch it up and share it with people.

durr, why does it say paint twice? You're supposed to paint it before coloring. Whatever, if you can't figure it out the way it is I think you have bigger issues.
