"It would be hard to classify Goroze Ozawa, "The Cackling Death of Ryuzera" as being a strictly evil man. It's indisputible that he's Mauzeran's pet psychopath, and has done things that even other members of the Celestial Dragon crime family find nauseating. Notably, there's the time he cut bits off of someone he was interrogating until the only parts of them left were the parts needed for speaking and listening. It gets complicated when you notice the distinct lack of malice in his actions. The man he reduced to lungs, a mouth and ears? Chatted with him like he was a drinking buddy the whole time. It's rare that he'll talk to anyone with anything but a pleasantly conversational tone even while he's actively trying to kill them. He's also been known to pass up easy opportuinities to kill his enemies because it's his "day off" and "only suckers work for free off the clock." Goroze has even allowed his personal group of lackeys, the "Gorocorps", to unionize. And he works enthusiastically with them to ensure that his henchmen get good pay and better benefits. So, is Goroze truly evil? Or simply detached from reality?" (C)
