I'm uploading some art done for me a quarter of a century ago by Ted Sheppard. We got to talking (via snail mail) courtesy of seeing his work in early issues of Furrlough, and I got several commissions from him. I wish some could be better edited but this is the best I could get.

Anyway, this is an OC I came up with who Ted agreed to set up with the Eva Reizend's corporal from the Stosstrupp series, Hanna Lubitsch. So I recall her name right now, anyway. They were an all-female sniper unit involved in a near future European war between a resurgent Russia and a German-lead European coalition following a world plague. Boy did that all seem crazy then. Yeah, I know.

We got to talking about what would happen to the other ladies like Hanna. I joked about her meeting a guy, an American fox, and they get into a relationship. Intrigued by the idea or maybe just figuring it was worth humoring me in exchange for some commissions, he and I ran through Hanna and Todd -- I forget his original name -- getting better acquainted as he worked with international diplomats to help end the war. They date, they fall in love, Hanna moves to America with him and gets a job with Lufthansa, both foxes live happily ever after, the end.

Anyway, here's Hanna and Todd on one of their very first dates getting some photos taken. They already look pretty affectionate.
