This fun idea came from

a mashup of
Tails or Miles Prower and Doc Ock
....i had to give him 8 tails lol
and when i did he looked much less threatening than the octo arms so i gave him a laser-gun/blaster inspired from the welding gun he had in "Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice"...
and yes "tails doll" drones of course lol
