I sketched this one day, then colored like a bastard the next to have this all ready to hand to my mom for her birthday.

She has this wicked old piece of art I did back in like 05 or something. It's old, it's horrid yet people still compliment her on it. So I was like UGGG let me draw you something better. All she told me was she wanted a dragon, she loves them.

Now I love to draw dragons that are a bit odd in nature. I figure a dragon can pretty much look like anything, it's pure fantasy and just a joy to draw. I also love to draw chains, eee they are so much fun!

Anyway the background image is from my own personal collection of photographs I've taken. So no coming after me saying it's yours and what not, cause it's not. I have the original and I can tell you exactly where I took the photo.
