They're fine. The gas is a natural result for her species when they eat. Its long term vore. Monster Eater's prey remains a nutritional part of them. Haven't revealed what become of their prey or the unique benefits from the mass consumption, but I hope to get around to it someday. Just to point out I specify permavore in the Keywords section if it helps. The only one who permavores in the family is Miasma and his crew of Blabber and Grant.
