I've been appreciating shrews lately, after getting some characterful dinky models for Burrows and Badgers for xmas, so I thought it would be fun to show them some love in a picture. Normally they're fascinatingly feisty fellows, but here's one being quite genteel and thoroughly British for a change, enjoying the warmer weather and a spot of al fresco tea with my ratty self.
Amazing stuff by
groundpear who I just knew I had to commission some time <3
Shrews are venomous, can use echolocation (handy when you're a relative of moles and have the eyesight to match), and need to eat 2-3 times their body weight daily to keep in tip top shape. A most useful resident to have if you're a gardener!
