Dunes of Time - Personal
A quick drawing of a dragon I had seen in my dreams last night.
~ I had a dream last night that woke me up shortly before sunrise and I found it difficult to go back to sleep.
I was in some abandoned/wrecked city of sorts, but this city had a temple (also in shambles)..
Walking through, there was a massive tremor, and I instinctively dove to the ground and began covering myself with this white sand.
This serpent-like beast was searching around for something and I hoped to remain hidden.
It left, and I uncovered myself only to get caught. This dragon picked me up by the back of my shirt and asked me questions but I couldn't understand him. Something happened to fix the language barrier and we communicated. In exchange for my life and soul, this dragon and I would become business partners. Before waking, I remember gazing into the eyes of this creature, with him looking just as intently. There was this glow about him, even though he was very pale.
I didn't feel afraid once we had communicated, just in awe (and a bit grateful to be alive)
