Actually her catch phrase would be something similar to the lines of "Prepare to be defeated, punk!" In some weird Sailormoon pose of JUSTICE!!!... but she doesn't represent justice. What a rip off poser. D:<

I forgot to color the belt but I don't feel motivated enough to color it and scan again. lol.

Anyway... Mizuki is not your basic Pokemon trainer... she's not even the basic Rocket member either. Like a true self interested person, she's only using the Rockets to get her way. She also uses her zomg what a cute lil girl tactic to fool others too. Too bad her Pokemon don't do the same... but they have the same goals as her so they're best of buds. They're in it to win it!
