Just trying something in my remedial color style: G'nort in his original color uniform vs. his suit recolored to reflect him being Teen Lantern's surrogate Guardian of the Universe. I can't decide which would look better for him.

Neither. He's G'nort, he isn't a cosmic hippie OR a drill sergeant. He's eager and innocent and earnest, he believes that doing good, being a hero and saving lives is the ultimate goal to dream for, the justification for all he's been through. The Oath is his universe, the sum total of his life...G'nort is one of the only GL's to ever actually win over Guy Gardner and prove to the Guardians that he's WORTH the ring. He's a fanboy and a geek and possibly the best person to pass the mantle onto someone not affiliated with the corruption of the post-"Rebirth" Corps.

Hell, DC even went so far as to destroy his home planet and make him the last of his kind. Y'know, after sentencing him to years of torture at the hands of a space slaver who was cloned from Guy Gardner, the only person in the universe to ever show him respect, and before they dumped his brain-damaged ass in the alleyway behind "Warriors" Bar & Grill. Like I said, they even gave the damn squirrel in the bowtie more respect, at least HE got to fight in the Sinestro Corps War.
no, no...i was going through my packed away books for a friend's sake. 80% of the DC comics i've retained are all plastic man anyways.....hard to stomach most of the main lines without some major comic relief sidelining the self-importance.
