yeah, and that's why over here in euope, disneyland is not allowed to let horses pull these tramways, as it is considered to be animal abuse and law prohibits it. in other words: fuck you eurodisney

really? There are a bunch in the one in Cali, some of the horses look happy and heads high and ears high but some are just like -.- kill me >.< xD

it's about 25 years now since the european comunity passed a new law for protection of animals, especially those working for "entertainment". and the rules are so strict that most theme parks either can't afford it or will never qualify to be allowed using animals for entertainment. after the law passed almost every circus was closed down, animals confiscated and either transferred to apropriate Zoos or brought back into their natural places (if possible). especially the insurance companies welcomed the law when it comes to horses ^^ as horse-owner myself i know how dangerous they are if their insticts spaz out okay, draft horses are more calm, generally speaking, but once they turn loose, there's no stopping

he looks well fed and healthy, he could be with some ass fuck getting abused and starved, at lest hes healthy and fed.

yeah that is true. Disneyland takes good care with grooming and fedding ect. ^^ The horse just looks bored with the job xD
