This is Tarseya. She is a semi-retired member of her homeworld’s military, only really getting called in for certain cases, which is rarer now as they start to become closer with the United Federation of Planets.

She would have a unique run-in with a certain Starfleet sergal, Kian Dax, and things...go on from there.
