Still, thats a polymer bodied PDW firing a tenatively pistol caliber round! This is a stamped steel assault rifle firing an intermediate rifle round! And at least with the P90 you could wrap your thumb around the grip to get a solid hold on it. Not to detract from your work, I think this looks awesome, I'd just be worried about keeping a grip on it! Where would your offhand go?

Both seem less than ideal. Might seem a bit stupid, but maybe a grippod behind the magazine and under the receiver like an L86? Either that or find a way to add something coming off the side rail to hold onto.

How do you hold it and not burn your hands?

Maybe I would make a little bump on a trigger guard, so be more like that sweet fn pistol

Would the ACOG work well being mounted so far forward? They're known for very short eye relief.
