Trash and refuse is unfortunately something that must be removed from one's life. It tends to linger and smell, causing you to smell and look like what you've surrounded yourself with. Don't sit in waste, remove it before it contaminates you.
On the real, I've thrown away many things and people in these last six months. I've had them cry, scream, and gaslight me. The truth is I'm better without them. Weights in my life that carried me down, crowds I'd rather not be affiliated with as I dislike the carrion crows that gather in communion. I am not what they are, my value is being found within myself once more.
