More Rain World fan characters! :D
His name is Thirteen Shooting Stars. He has a good sense of humor and self-irony, a little treacherous, progressive, philosophical about most things and without whining.
Due to heavy rains, the ground under him was strongly washed away, and this provoked the collapse of part of his structure. He was able to restart and stabilize most of his vital functions, but after this, either due to the degradation of nodes, or because of personal awareness, he decided to completely give up on the "Great Problem" and devote his time to learning the rules of the new world and becoming part of it.
During the collapse, his puppet was damaged and cracked in the form of an insidious smile, and his eyes began to glow red, signaling a malfunction.
Positive and curious about living beings, dislikes other iterators. He was the eldest in his group, and, as the eldest, he decided to "help" his neighbors whining about the futile existence, quietly putting them all out of action one by one. Iterators outside of his influence suspect and openly blame him for what he did, but can't prove anything. TSS, in turn, is now using important parts of his dead neighbors to repair his own systems.
He tries to expand his influence beyond his construct, so he builds relationships with sentient beings and uses them for various purposes.
The abbreviated and ironic name is Fallen.

Now he is a machine daddy scarecrow with a love for a lizards and slug cats...
AND NO nobody love you Daddy LongLegs still and never will
Kinda unusual to see iterator OC... He could be a good DM in DnD party if anyone will decide to play a game or a good guide for a world
Though the biggest problem will be... What he will do when Monk will come to his super-structure? Because of (without spoiler to a new aditory) reasons, you know
P.S. It is quite interesting that he could be a creator a purpose organism like Scavengers because they could dismantle other iterators for a parts that are important to him
Plus SRS already has red overseers but this one i think is more aggressively red and has white info\targeting matrix

Very curious about what methods he could possibly use to repair himself. It's implied the overseers could have some kind of effect on the physical world, with that "gnaw at bedrock" line. However I'm not sure what else he could do to actually transfer components from other iterators to himself, besides making other creatures do it for him
That's exactly what he did :) Directed his wards to important areas of neighboring iterators and damaged communication channels or vital nodes. The task was simplified by the fact that time did most of the work for him, and it was not difficult to disable a barely working superstructure.
Awesome little details. Wonder how far he could push himself and his creatures, maybe he could amass enough genetically modified organisms (maybe even scavs!) to genuinely repair and eventualy improve himself beyond his former capabilities. Instead of himself being made for a purpose, he could carve his own path. Just seems a shame to me that he'd destroy his fellow kind
