Gist of the character is that they're a former human who became a Mew because they discovered a peculiar fossil and wished into it, with the transition into a Mew being an unforeseen result, although they had no level cap nor a move limit. The world became their oyster and power somewhat went to their head... though they aren't aware they're simply being played themselves.
