I forgot to attribute on this pic (WAAAY my bad there), but I got this one commisioned by Rindaris on DeviantART. I believe that the metallic blues are actually a blue/silver mix that was drybrushed on.
The basic story behind these is that I wound up with a bunch of tanks with really great details, and I'm still figuring the ins and outs of painting and I just couldn't bear to ruin these gems in the name of practice.

I've got a pile of stuff I've half painted or am still waiting to even really start. Lots of Grey Knights, normal Marines, tanks, dreds, my friend's Tau, a few squads of another friend's Necrons, etc...
I've been painting for 4-5 years, and I'm still scared to work on certain models. All I can say is don't get discouraged. Learning is a life long thing.
