See what I mean about Ha Ha Comics #33? Here's yet another panel from yet another story in it, the Robespierre story of Tiger the housecat and the local ostrich. Robespierre gives Tiger a tip on a bird who can't fly away from him, and who sure ought to be easy to catch, but ... well, the story starts on https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=55926 page 23, and this particular panel's on page 25.
