Felt compelled to make Raichu with an outfit from an original character this time.

Originating from the myHP story, Tetsuba Qailan is a character that I haven't drawn or utilized a whole lot, despite the fact that I think he's kinda cool. But his outfit is what I chose to celebrate Raichu Day for 2023. He doesn't look too bad in the biker outfit, and you can bet he's still quite dangerous with the Chou Kagaku, his unusual sword that some call the "Black Butcher."
