Basiid, an arid continent hosting two of the world's vastest cities - Grengrair and Sahtiid. Its ruler, Queen Neith, has been playing catch-up with Aefall in terms of its justice system. Gone are the days of rushed executions and public floggings, and while many people are happy about this change, some can't help but question the queen's sudden change of heart.
