Yeah, it happens.

I don't think so many people are actually "better" - the problem is just that in the past 10 years the amount of artists has increased significantly, which is logical because population has increased and the amount of people with internet access has increased.

WHat I just can not understand and tolerate is people who are not furries, drawing furry art just for furries but otherwise not caring about the fandom.

and in case you want to see worse artwork than yours, just look at my stuff. It's childish.

Trust me it's definitely something we all feel. You aren't alone; and sometimes we all need reminding:

You are worthy of goodness. Your art is worth it. I have to remind myself that we all learn our hobby and trades at different curves.

It's always been funny to me when I see artists as wonderful as you and I'm reminded that even you have self doubts sometime. Everyone goes through it even the people online who act like they never have bad days. Some people are too scared to let people see them in a less than optimal place.

I hope someday I can draw even close to as well as you do. You make such fun characters and the scenery you create when you spend extra time to do those well detailed art works are phenomenal.

Just remember that whenever you feel down like this, it's not you. It's just that the chemicals in your brain are a bit funky sometimes and cause you to feel this way. You're awesome!

The worst part is people overcorrecting. "You're so great, look at this masterpiece!" They say pointing at the flaming pile of mediocrity. Drives me insane. I know they're lying. Like I'm only talented when I'm miserable.
