This anomaly is honestly rare for SCP 1471, it has been recently noticed to pop up when MTF or guard members or even others in such dangerous fields even outside the Foundation download the Mal0 app.

SCP 1471-P will take a proactive approach in protecting those who download it either by sending warnings by appearing in the subjects vision briefly or in this case consuming them and extracting them from a dangerous area.

The subjects are unharmed and once out of the danger zone note to feel as though the anomaly just disappears and they are found sitting somewhere safe.
