Hey, what do you know but I found a groundhog to draw. This apparently unnamed character is from the 'Doc' EZ Duzit story in Ha Ha Comics #33, https://comicbookplus.com/?dlid=55926 on page 46. The groundhog (I guess) is worried that ol' Fox Fiddler is going to try and gobble him up and the Doc goes to sort out their problems.
