This is a nearly finished gift to 
daef
I told him ages ago that I wanted to draw his toucanrooness, but I never seemed to make time for it. Whenever people have to wait a long time I try to make something really nice to reward their patience.
I need some help from anyone to get this finished.
I need some idea for a simple background. Maybe a scene, but I'm mostly looking for some sort of pattern or color arrangement that would look nice. Also, I need a good title. What I had in mind was Armful of Daef, but it sounds really corny so it's up to you all (or Daef himself) to give me a good title.
Other than that I just need to do some simple shading and it should be done! :D

Hee so you do like it then? When I first started drawing this Chalupa just kind of appeared in the scene. It was weird. I guess your own character is crushing on you.
It has turned out pretty well so far, but are there any obvious problems or mistakes? I can't help but think that Daef's eye looks a bit wonky and something is not completely right with his head and neck either, but I'll try to alter them slightly if needed.
