Self-sacrifice really is a beautiful thing... To give up something important to you, your pride, your blood, your time, for the betterment of somebody else. To make them laugh, to help them heal, to show them compassion and understanding... This piece does a pretty good job of capturing that, the ever so present darkness in the backround searching for an opportunity to intrude upon the light's triumph... The soft cushion of comfort that surrounds the person you're making the sacrifice for, easing their pain... Your energies entering the person that means so much to you from the top and bottom, giving them every bit you can spare and then some... The praise of distant figures... The strong presence of light in the places where it's needed most inside of the person, yet still spreading farther out yet in an attempt to make things even better...

most people say "pretty!" and leave it at that
not that i'm not appreciative to them, its just....refreshing to see someone who actually puts half a neuron into writing a semi-(or in your case, quite) intellectual responses
to tell you the truth though, i never put a whole lot of thought into my fractals
like, i don't think about what would make it interesting or pretty, i focus instead on how i feel about something, and trying to express that in the best way possible

I really appreciate that, I try to enjoy artwork as much as I can and to me a lot of it has to do with just simply looking at it and thinking about what you see... You might say it's about prospective.

Some, yes, because they were made just to be made, not to let out emotion.
I must admit I have this uncanny ability to add depth to pretty much anything. I can take something and, although it may not have been drawn with emotion, I spread my emotions upon it. I like to think it's like adding my emotions to the creators, strngthening them. Even if the creator didn't really draw it with emotion, there's always emotions present, unless they're completely apathetic. I like to think I draw the emotions out of them.
