Here's my TMNT OC that I created some time in 2021 and redesigned (this version) in August 2022!
He's based on a sea slug (as are an awful lot of my OCs) and gained memory loss after being mutated! I would go into detail about his story but auGH I'm tired

I actually have my own TMNT variant of my OC Blu/Blair, after unknowingly eating mutagen laced pizza rolls, he was granted shapeshifting powers, but he usually has the form of an aquatic creature, since he thinks the mutagen was in his pool, Blair is the name he uses when he's in a female form,
