Worked a little bit. Proportions are screwed up, as well as some geometry aspects...
But at least i got it closer to what i want.

The sort story of the Lord Precision:
Made of living metal, the dragon wasn't always like this. Previously called Ai'Lan he was normal stellar dragon, just a living creature.
One time just out of bad luck Ai'Lan crashlanded his spaceship onto an ancient planet, where encountered a demon.
Unwilling to fight back (stellar dragons are pacifists) he was quickly captured by the demon. Dragon faced a horrifying faith: demon ripped out dragons wings, and left Ai'Lan die from bleeding.
The demon did a huge mistake destroying metrologists favorite tool, turning Ai'Lan mad. In attack of extreme rage dragon killed the demon with ancient blade moments before losing consciousness. Killing a demon turned out to be a way of becoming one. Ai'Lan got a new body, but a huge scar on his soul was made and the dragon does not have wings no matter the technology or magic used to make them.
Demonic dragon got the power over everything metrology used at.
Slightly jealous if sees some creature flying, Lord Precision is completely harmless and extremely useful if you need to measure something with quantum accuracy.
