Quick Bio: A gruff and abrasive jackal with an all-round surly and lone attitude to him. Kurovu often comes off as being hard to strike a little conversation with, what with him feeling reserved and choosing not to indulge in a person's interest. Although he puts on the façade of a friendly and inviting face if he has to look presentable, which only calls for it at his job as a barista of a café. Being a Steel and Fighting Type, he has taken up boxing at a fight gym to get to fuel his fighting nature, with a coach who's been like a role model to him, working hard to stay in fighting shape and hone his skills. But he actively indulges in competing in underground boxing matches for extra cash and to take home a couple bruises and scrapes, which has become a side hustle for him alongside his job as a barista. Because of a recent altercation between him and a certain mutt, Kurovu keeps his secret of underground boxing deep under wraps and will resort to act especially hostile towards those who try to pry into his personal life and secrets, an aggressive side that some fear to instigate unless they're asking to leave bloodied and bruised. In the ring, he generally never goes easy on anyone. Fighting rapidly and strongly to deliver punches that strike hard and fast, with the stamina to keep up with his aggressive close combat approach in a fight. He mainly enjoys a rough match to get both himself and his opponent plenty of scrapes and bruises, see some blood as well. When push comes to shove, he’ll make a fierce comeback of a second wind to take back the fight. And when it gets drastic, activates the Lucarionite bracelet he wears to draw up a final gambit of a power boost as a last resort to brutally finish off opponents.

His hate-fueled rivalry with Ricky began with Ricky learning about his secret from watching his fight alongside Mikael, revealing it to Kurovu's former coach Raymond and immediately kicking him out. Not before Kurovu dragged Ricky into the ring for an aggressive brawl in which the mutt took a one-sided beating before knocking out Kurovu with a lucky shot. From there, Kurovu was forced to find another gym, where he met his role model coach, who fortunately was also another underground boxer and would willingly work with him. But because of the events that led him to where he is now, Kurovu harbors an unbridled animosity towards Ricky and wants nothing more than to constantly fight him and beat him to a bloody pulp should they ever cross paths.
