Moby and Coral from the new PAW Patrol theme. Turns out Coral is like Skye's long lost cousin or something, and strangely, Skye was not surprised at all when the two met, like... shouldn't Skye at least be like "Holy Shit Coral! I Thought you were dead for years! Why didn't you tell me what happened to you!?
I dunno, maybe they do bring it up, I didn't watch much of it.

I don't think the shows (PAW Patrol and spin-off Rubble & Crew) ever explained any continuity. Rubble, for instance, was discovered to be an orphan originally; here we are, 10 years later, and he's with his family again, doing construction in a different town.

As for Rubble and Crew, I know that Rubble was introduced as an orphan, but perhaps his biological parents are deceased and were estranged from the rest of his family.
