What a strange yet beautifully unique design
I love how design of some fished mix with draconic shapes
It is my weakness when artists start to experiment with shapes and nature of dragons to create something new. I feel it is a great strength of this fantastic specie to be that flexible and open for a changes and experimentations
But i also love expressions: concern, strain and boiling anger
I guess the difference in look always can be a reason to be alienated. Like the fable of ugly Duckling

He is an old oc of mine I had to bring him back ~
It had some of fish, horse and some draconic shapes, the best I could update from his old visual ehe
But I can sadly say he is kind of the only of his kind, as a hybrid.
And he doesnt belong to any of his parents origins species
