Reference for Charon
A bit of a gruff individual, but deep down he really does have a heart of gold. Just not really the socializing type. Odd considering he's of the Amped variety. Makes music in his spare time, which people often things is his profession, but all actuality is a artist for a living, specifically a painter.
It was an interesting challenge trying to make cool clothes that actually functioned but still worked around Toxtricity's weird belt hip thing.

I am thouroughly impressed at how you were able to maneuver the outfit around all those spikes! Specifically the belt and pants... ingenious.
