I picked this rifle up this weekend and it was in rough shape but I thought it was pretty neat with fox studio stamped on the steel and on the wood just in front of the rear sight it’s hard to see on the wood but it’s there, Also had fox written under the stock. I also noticed that the rear sight isn’t an original and I think it might be from a 30-40 krag. I spent a decent amount of time cleaning out the barrel but it is pitted but then again I can’t expect it to be to good it’s dated 1919. If this is a gun that fox studio used in a movie I would like to find out which one.
