Moona yelling at the top of her lungs after knocking out Moxxie caught the attention of Vortex who was nearby. Still in his usual hellhound form, realizing Moona's predicament, decided to transform himself into a bull (offscreen), and like a knight in shining armor, he burst open the barn door, surprising Moona who did not expect to see Vortex, much less in bull form.
