Another one of my Team Fortress 2 OC's.
He's twice as stealthy as the Spy. He twice as deadly as the Demoman. And he's twice as good of shot as sniper... He's the Special Ops Trooper. Equipped with smoke screens, flashbangs, and night vision goggles, this deadly trooper is not holding back. Not even Heavy can win in a fist fight against the Special Ops. Trooper.

Hmmm... Honestly this looks more TF Classic based. You're trying to be too realistic, and the style doesn't at all match the time period that Team Fortress 2 is set in, which is the early 60s.
That aside, the fact that you're trying to make him an uber-class, why? The Spy's cloaking tech is top of the line. Sniper is a sniper because he's supposedly the best. Why does he have to be better than they in a given field?
If you're wanting to make your own class, it's always a good idea to weigh the balance. Be effective against some classes, not so effective against others. It's more believable and acceptable that way.
