Born to a Serbian mother and a Japanese father, Jedra Izaki possesses the ability to generate and control green/blue tinted fire. She specialises in long-range attacks, displaying excellent control over her abilities and can cover a large area with her firepower. She possesses impeccable accuracy and can pinpoint her attacks to extremely specific and oftentimes moving targets with ease. Her ability to create giant walls of glowing, green-blue fire also allows for a decent defence. At age 15, Jedra 'accidentally' set part of her school on fire. She tried to blame it on the science department for a botched experiment but the bright green/blue flames were a dead giveaway. Although she is unable to directly control natural fire or fire generated by the abilities of other hypermorphs, she can infuse external flames with her own and exert some level of control over them. She is the half-sister of Kalin Izaki, with them both sharing the same father, Kayo Izaki. The two of them often team up, with Jedra assisting Kalin's up-close and personal approach by providing powerful, long-range back-up. Due to her rather buxom and curvaceous build, Jedra is not as fast or as skilled in combat as her brother, but she is more than capable of providing excellent assistance with her destructive force and precise hits. Besides, Jedra's mastery of her power means that the reduced mobility of her chubby body is hardly a problem, as she can more than make up for this with her innovative, extremely skillful and adept use of her attribute. Jedra may be quite plump, but this gives her body a very strong and sturdy foundation, and her short, stocky build, coupled with her excellent core strength, means that it is incredibly hard to knock her off her feet. One thing that really fires her up (no pun intented) is when people write her off for being a bit fat and overweight, just because she's small and chubby doesn't mean she can't utterly annihilate those who piss her off.
Jedra is also an experienced belly-dancer and enjoys music; she has been a part of multiple bands within the Serbian rock and metal scene.
She is fluent in Serbian, Japanese and English and has picked up some Turkish from her brother. She goes by the pseudonymn Vultra which is a portmanteau of the Latin word vulpes, meaning "fox" and the Serbian word vatra, meaning "fire". Her attribute is called тиркизно ('Tirkizno') in her native Serbian or 'Turquoise' in English, referring to the green-blue tint of her flames. She has also dyed her hair to match the colour of her fire, she's really set on the whole turquoise thing. She is known by her maternal surname Urošević when in Serbia, due to her being raised predominantly by her mother Jadranka in Beograd.
