You know, you told me that Blake and Sarah were both 18, with Blake being only a few months older than Sarah.
Are they in the US? Because if they are, then Blake and Sarah are both breaking the law by drinking under the age of 21.
In fact, even if Toni is 27, I think she's even breaking the law by keeping beer in the same house as minors, though that may only apply in Texas and a few other states.

Although a number of the cultural references are based on the U.S., the comic is not actually set in any real U.S. location - otherwise Blake wouldn't have used degrees Celsius to talk about how hot it was out; he's not from THAT far away. There are other differences, especially legal ones, that have yet to come up. Among them, the drinking age where the characters are is 18.
In general, characters in I.C.Q. have full majority when they're 18; legally, there's little if anything they're considered too young to do.
