Just a big Azelf lad. About 15 feet tall, give or take a few. His name is Zovi. He wears red gym shorts that match his gemstone. That's about it.
(Well, there is a small headcanon to him. He actually exists in a Pokémon universe that is basically the standard EXCEPT for him.
But despite being massive and anthropomorphic and wearing clothes... he is still just a Pokémon. Yup. Doesn't speak. Knows moves. He's basically a mildly intelligent and empathic wild animal, as most Pokés are--except really big and legendary. Very strange.)
