Farley needs to be more strict about access to his lab. After an adventure, he had confiscated a device that was used to convert people into mecha versions of themselves. He had hoped to reverse engineer the tech and find a way to reverse the effects to help those afflicted. But when he left to check on something else, Starclaw and Ariel came in to check on him. Unfortunately they had bumped into the device, and turned themselves into mechas. Luckily they retained their minds and personalities, but it was a shock for Farley when he returned and saw the two of them. Seems he has to work a bit faster with the device to reverse this mistake. At least he has some test subjects readily available now.
