Settra is an alternate, female version of the original Seth Wilson. But unlike the original, she was born 2 years later and grew up, like the original colleague, became participants in the internal war of the Hypnocobra (1996-1997). And if the original partially spared the leader of the conspirators in the person of Alex Reevy, sending him into exile, then Settra immediately dealt with the latter in the fight, cutting his throat.
