Niall was a good friend of Carris, and she had always enjoyed his bright energy. But he had been down for a while now and she hated seeing him so upset. So she did the only thing she could think of. She pulled the smaller fox close and gave him the kind of hug only her kind could wrapping most of his body in her heavy arms as her hands held and caressed his head. He in turn melted into the embrace the two standing for several long moments hugging closely.

"Better?" She asked. He didn't respond but nodded his head. And that was all she needed.
