A character idea for a game system... that I realize I always run, and will never get to play, too many people in the RL game currently for it... it is just too chaotic, never know if I'd have a chance to play it...

Oh-well, something silly-ish... everything he's wearing/has is relevant to things to do with the concept, and yes there's a thing in his pouch, you can see it peeking...
