Trying my hand at some drum 'n bass. A bit of a short recording. I had some other stuff going on in here, but decided to chop it 'cause it was not really vibing with what I was trying to do. I might try and expand on this one more if I have some time.
Interested to hear what you think.

That's a good feel, I rather like the rhythm, and I felt engaged for higher level thought with it.

Also would make for some good soundtrack.

Thanks! DnB is a little more challenging because it tends to get "stale" quicker with the fast beat. Gotta keep it changing up frequently.

not bad! you got a nice ambience going. i've tried my hand at dnb before and wasn't satisfied. it can take a good bit of trial and error to keep a good beat going

Indeed, I think I need more drum sounds to keep it interesting. At the moment, I've only got basic bass, snare, hats and claps (and no alt vers of them to switch between). Plus it can get difficult trying to keep things moving when you only have two hands haha (all those button presses and knob turns)
