lol it never stops at just 1 ;p and thats a good choice too curly hairs are lovely spiders. i have a spiderling of 1 atm. such a lil sweety! they get to a good size too =3

I blame my mother entirely. A year ago she asked me what I would think about her getting a tarantula. I said some harsh stuff cus I was SCARED of spiders then.. she ended up getting one anyway... i acted like I didn't like it. I kinda didn't but then she got another.. then another.. her last one sold me.. and I got one for christmas. She's the best thing ever, she sits silently, puts up w/ my shenanigans, and is just all around awesome. XD Now I need more... MORE I SAY! XD

I just want some spiders I can hold, so I did my research n curlys were the cutest. X3 I plan on getting many more tho. But non-aggressive ones tho.

REALLY interested in getting one of these. Do you know if the slings are very hard to care for? I've heard different things.

Well i bought her off a friend when she was a young girl but i remember seeing her as a spiderling and she was a pretty blue colour lol
When they are very young and molt there skin they seem to double in size.
They dont take long to get big ^^

These have a reputation for being tricky when very young though I have had no problems when I used to keep this species, they require both high humidity and high levels of ventilation.

Ours has molted twice since we've had her. She's maybe .75 now. Possibly molting again soon so I have high hopes. But it's true. I have maybe three friends who have all lost slings of this type just out of the blue. =(
