I was inspired by the likes of Jack Stauber's 'New Normal'.
I wanted to make a piece that was both somber, but also refreshing. Like when the numbness that comes with grieving over the loss your youth is put into contrast, like the sun coming out near the end of a rainy day, and nostalgia is finally allowed to be just happy memories. Nothing more.
