Been playing Doom II a lot lately. Thought Cacodemons were kind of neat- looking, so I figured "why not? might as well try drawing one."
My shading is awful, I'm aware. Never really got the hang of it, whether using PS or by traditional means.
If you'd like to try your hand at shade/colour this guy, I'd be more than happy to link you the original lineart. Let me know if you are interested.

Completed Doom 2 on Ultra violent. These guys are what I like to call the floating bullet sponges. Always such a pain in the arse but easy to doge x3

Well I remember as a kid my reaction to the first one on ultimate doom at the beginning of inferno was: Oh Christ a giant eyeball. so I'm thinking whoever has played 1, 2 and final doom look at them as waaay to different to the ones they grew to fear. Thus not as scary. Except the hell knight, he will always scare me. x3
