Oneika is the heroine dog-girl in a single city, whose sole purpose is to keep the trouble-making cat-girl, Ayana, in line. However, she tends to cause trouble herself but only without knowing it, unlike Ayana.
The human boy whom they call 'Owner' usually feeds them only to keep them away, but it usually keeps bringing them back.
