Mismagius being my favorite so it's the one I went with.

Circe in general is actually pretty nice, though all of her species to do have a tendency to play tricks (Misdreveus will litterally pull people's hair at night to spook them for a laugh). So she will def play up superstition and "spookyness" to mess with people, but at the end of the day if she went too far she will also most likely apologize.
